Springfield - Our bus station is located at Union Station in downtown Springfield. Hop on PVTA bus or call a taxi to get to the station. Parking here is limited. Reserve your tickets online for the best price guaranteed and pick them up at the station’s will call.
Pittsfield - Greyhound picks up at Joseph Scelsi Intermodal Transport Center, Scelsi ITC for short, in downtown Pittsfield. Public transit via BRTA bus is the best way to travel to the station. Please be advised this station does not offer Greyhound Package Express.
Greenfield - The greyhound station is in the John W. Olver Transit Center, also known as the JWO Transit Center or the John Olver Transportation Center. If you’re traveling in the early morning, evening, or on the weekend, book your ticket online and either print it out or use the e-ticket option. This station’s ticket office offers limited hours.
Worcester - Catch the Greyhound bus at Union Station in downtown Worcester. To get there, take a WRTA bus to the Union Station HUB. Get any last-minute tickets at the bus ticketing office.
Boston - The station is inside the South Station Bus Terminal, which is also known as the South Station Transportation Center. Take the MBTA subway’s Red Line to South Station underneath the bus station. Will call is available.
