Family Fun
Full of fun, unique exhibits, The Magic House is full of family entertainment and activities. Channel your inner detective and uncover mysteries in the Solve the Mystery exhibit or discover tiny creatures under a microscope when you visit the Wonder Works exhibit. Other activities include creating a 3-D impression of yourself, playing in a three-story beanstalk and looking through the garden kaleidoscope in the outdoor play center.

Treat the family to delicious ice cream at Crown Candy Kitchen. This kitchen has been operating since 1913 and serves up scrumptious ice cream treats as well as lunch and dinner. Try a hot fudge sundae complete with homemade fudge sauce or the crown sundae which includes hot fudge, caramel sauce and buttered roasted pecans. Crown Candy Kitchen also has malts and according to their website, if you can sip five malts in 30 minutes, you get them for free!

Located in Forest Park is Turtle Playground. This playground features larger than life statue turtles that children of all ages can climb and play on. The turtles represent different kinds of turtles including snapping turtles and box turtles. Not only are there giant turtles, but you will also discover large statue turtle eggs and even hatching turtle eggs. When you are through playing at Turtle Park make sure to see the other activities and views that Forest Park has to offer.

Friends Vacation
Located next to Busch Stadium, home to the St. Louis Cardinals, Ballpark Village offers good eateries and entertainment that you and your friends will enjoy. Visit Cardinals Nation, a two-story restaurant and bar complete with the Cardinals Hall of Fame and Museum or see who can stay on the mechanical bull the longest at PBR St. Louis. Make sure to end your night by grabbing a piece of homemade fudge at The Fudgery.

Take a break from exploring the city and enjoy a nice, cold handcrafted soda at Fitz’s. Fitz’s is full of unique soda flavors including coffee cola, berry pomegranate and cardinal cream. They also have classic flavors such as orange pop and their most known flavor, root beer. When at Fitz’s you must get their floats which come with your flavor of soda and is piled high with ice cream. You will definitely need your friends to help finish this float!.

Traveling Solo
