Murrah Federal bombing. The outdoor memorial consists of the Gates Of Time serving as the formal entryway that leads to the reflecting pool and the symbolic field of empty chairs, each handcrafted chair has the name of a victim etched into the bronze and glass materials. The survivor’s wall features over 600 names of survivors, along with photos and materials from the original Murrah Building.

Waffles

Waffle Champion went from a mobile kitchen with a cult following to finding the perfect location in midtown Oklahoma City. It goes without saying that the fan-favorite on their menu is buttermilk chicken and waffles, but there are plenty of flavor-packed options on both the savory and sweet sides of the spectrum. Since everything revolves around the waffle here, once you choose your waffle style the toppings are up to you. “Sammies” features options such as buffalo chicken, BBQ pulled pork, or Migas. Brunch Plates feature Crab Benedict's and breakfast tacos, while the sweet options allow you to choose from the classic waffle or the Belgian-style Liege Wafel and then pick your toppings and make the perfect dessert.
