Greyhound runs from the Houston Bus Station, a 24-hour station with a full-service ticket office located at 2121 Main Street. Take METRORail’s Red Line to McGowen Station. We’re only a few blocks away. Our other bus station is the Houston Se Bus Station at 7000 Harrisburg Boulevard, which is next door to the Magnolia Park Transit Center. Use METRORail’s Green Line to travel to the bus station. Check the ticket office hours before arrival because this is not a 24-hour station.
