If you’ve experienced a delay from your original point of departure of more than 120 minutes, you can rebook to an alternate ride (for free) to the destination stipulated on your ticket or request a refund in the form of a voucher by using the “Manage My Booking” feature on our app or website. This voucher can be used towards future Greyhound/FlixBus travel anywhere in our growing, international bus/train network.
Kindly note, delays while your ride is enroute are often due to circumstances beyond bus operators' control (such as traffic congestion, accidents, road construction projects, detours, weather, etc.) and are not eligible for refunds as per our Terms & Conditions of Travel, as long as the contract for carriage was fulfilled (you were transported to your ticketed destination.).
