Cancellation Policy

Canceling your ticket is free when you cancel at least 30 days prior to departure.  Within 30 days, a fee applies based on the ticketed departure date and time and when you request a cancelation.  For example, if you cancel 3 days and 3 hours prior to departure, the fee would be $5 USD.
