FLIX SPRING PROMOTION     

This promotion (“Promotion”) is offered by FlixBus Inc. (“Flix”), which reserves the right to verify the eligibility qualifications of any participant. Void where prohibited by law.       

ELIGIBILITY AND TERRITORY: The Promotion is available to individuals in the United States and Canada. The Promotion applies only to U.S. & Canadian routes offered by Flix for transportation services provided by bus operators, including but not limited to Greyhound Lines, Inc. (“Greyhound”), and their respective affiliates. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to these Terms and to the additional terms listed below for Flix and Greyhound.

OFFER: During the Promotion Period, eligible customers will receive a discount of twenty-five (25%) off the base fare for purchases of one or more tickets for Weekday (Monday-Thursday) travel and ten-percent (10%) off base fare for purchases of one or more tickets for Weekend (Friday-Sunday) travel occurring during the Travel Period, subject to Blackout Dates and availability.  Weekday travel shall mean travel on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, and Weekend travel shall mean travel on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. The discount does not apply to taxes, government-imposed fees, baggage fees, bike fees, seat reservation fees, service or processing charges, or any other ancillary fees. Participants are responsible for payment of all applicable taxes and fees.    

PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on Thursday, February 19, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on Monday, February 23, 2026.     

TRAVEL PERIOD: The Promotion is valid only for itineraries with a scheduled departure time, as reflected at the time of booking, between 12:00 a.m. Central Time on Monday, March 23, 2026, and 11:59 p.m. Central Time on Thursday, April 30, 2026 (the “Travel Period”), excluding the Blackout Dates of Saturday, April 4, 2026, Sunday, April 5, 2026, Monday, April 6, 2026, Sunday, April 12, 2026, Friday, April 17, 2026, Saturday, April 18, 2026, Monday, April 20, 2026, and Sunday, April 26, 2026.  For avoidance of doubt, an overnight itinerary that has a scheduled arrival time after Thursday, April 30, 2026 shall still be within the Travel Period if it does not include Blackout Dates and April 30, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. and is scheduled to arrive on May 1, 2026, at 3:00 a.m., is within the Travel Period.             

If Flix determines in its sole discretion that an operational delay or rescheduling pushes a ticket that was validly booked under these Terms outside the Travel Period, then Flix may in its sole discretion either honor the promotional discount for that affected ticket or issue a refund. If a customer voluntarily changes a booking such that the new departure falls outside the Travel Period or within the Blackout Dates, the discount will not apply to the changed itinerary, and any fare difference or fees will be the customer’s responsibility.    

BLACKOUT DATES: The Promotion is not valid for trips with a scheduled departure date, determined at the time of booking, during the following Blackout Dates: Saturday, April 4, 2026, Sunday, April 5, 2026, Monday, April 6, 2026, Sunday, April 12, 2026, Friday, April 17, 2026, Saturday, April 18, 2026, Monday, April 20, 2026, and Sunday, April 26, 2026.   

LIMITATIONS: To qualify for the Promotion, you must purchase one or more tickets during the Promotion Period for travel during the Travel Period, excluding Blackout Dates. Tickets are limited to nine (9) per person per transaction. All offers are subject to capacity controls and availability while supplies last; no rain checks will be issued. The Promotion has no cash value, may not be sold, and may not be redeemed for cash or credit. GIFT CARDS, GIFT CERTIFICATES, DISCOUNTS (INCLUDING MILITARY AND STUDENT DISCOUNTS), AND OTHER OFFERS MAY NOT BE COMBINED WITH THIS PROMOTION. DISCOUNT CANNOT BE USED TOWARDS THE PURCHASE OF DIGITAL OR PHYSICAL GIFT CARDS. The Promotion is not valid on prior or pending purchases. Resale is strictly prohibited.      

Tickets purchased under this Promotion are non-transferable and non-refundable. If permitted by the applicable fare rules, changes will be governed by Flix’s standard terms applicable to the purchased fare.      

REFUNDS: Tickets purchased under the Promotion are non-refundable.      

CHILDREN AND MINORS: One child under the age of two (2) may travel free of charge without a ticket when seated on an adult’s lap. All children aged two (2) or older must have a ticket. Children up to age fifteen (15) must be accompanied by an adult. Passengers aged sixteen (16) and seventeen (17) may travel unaccompanied but must possess all required identification and travel documents. Additional conditions and restrictions apply under Flix’s Terms and Conditions of Travel and Greyhound’s Terms & Conditions of Travel.     

DOCUMENTATION: Each passenger must present a valid printed or electronic ticket to board. During boarding, passengers aged sixteen (16) or older may be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID. Failure to present required identification upon request may result in denied boarding without refund.  

INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL: The Promotion is available only for routes within and between the U.S. and Canada. It is the responsibility of each passenger traveling across any international border to obtain in advance and bring all needed permissions, travel documentation and Government-issued ID required for entry into another country (“Necessary Travel Documents”). Flix and Bus Operators are not responsible or liable for any consequences if any passenger fails to obtain or bring the Necessary Travel Documents or is refused entry by border security. BAGGAGE AND SEATS: Standard baggage allowances and fees apply pursuant to Flix’s Baggage Policy and Greyhound’s Baggage Policy. Bike fees and other ancillary service fees are excluded from the Promotion. Seat reservations, where available, may be subject to a separate fee and are not discounted under this Promotion. You may not add an additional seat to a booking after the ticket has been issued; a separate booking is required and will be priced at the then-current fare.     

GENERAL CONDITIONS AND RELEASE: PARTICIPANT FULLY RELEASES FLIX, GREYHOUND LINES, INC., BUS OPERATORS, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES (THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY CAUSED BY, RELATED TO, OR RESULTING FROM THE PROMOTION. PARTICIPANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, STATUTORY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION OR USE OF ANY OFFER.  PARTICIPANT FURTHER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT ANY OFFER IS RECEIVED “AS IS,” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND FROM RELEASED PARTIES. 

Flix shall not be liable or responsible for any claim for damages, personal injury, or death of a passenger, or any other acts related to the operation or provision of bus services by independent bus operating partners, except as may not be disclaimed under applicable law. No claim for damages, personal injury, or death will be considered unless written notice of such claim is received by Flix or the applicable bus operator within twenty-one (21) days after the event giving rise to the claim. No legal action for any such claim may be maintained unless commenced within one (1) year of Flix’s or the bus operator’s written denial of the claim, in whole or in part.     

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.     

CHANGES, SUSPENSION, AND EXTENSION OF PROMOTION: Flix may, in its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part, including by extending or shortening the Promotion Period, Travel Period, or Blackout Dates. Any changes will be communicated in a reasonable manner.     

GOVERNING LAW: These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to the Promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and, to the extent not preempted, the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
