Print at Home
  • As soon as you pay online for your print at home ticket, you can print your ticket.
  • We’ll send you an 8-digit reservation number by email, so you can print it later, or reprint your ticket if you need to.
  • On the day you travel, just head to the departure gate with your ticket and your photo ID.
  • Print at Home tickets are non-transferable, so you can't give them to someone else.
Pick it up at a Greyhound station
  • Our Will Call service lets you buy your ticket online and collect it at a Greyhound station.
  • Collect tickets from the counter or a self-serve kiosk (at some stations). You’ll need to bring your confirmation number and photo ID, and the credit card you used to pay with.
  • If someone else is picking up the tickets you bought, they’ll need a password (which you can create while buying the ticket). You’ll be charged a non-refundable $18 fee at the point of purchase.
Reserve your ticket and pay with cash at a 7-Eleven or Cash Express location (Available for Economy Fare)
  • Choose your tickets online and put them on hold (so you get the benefit of the cheaper online price).
  • Pay for them later in cash at any participating 7-Eleven location or ACE Cash Express location within 48 hours.

[!] You won’t be able to buy your tickets online within two hours of traveling.
