Check-In for any trip that is E-Ticket eligible from the Home screen or Trip details. Check-In begins two hours prior to your scheduled departure time. We’ll send you a message on your Home screen to remind you it’s time to check-in. Simply click the Check-In button and you’ll instantly see your E-Ticket. All tickets to all segments of your outbound trip will be displayed. If you have a roundtrip, simply check-in 2 hours before your schedule departure time, and you’ll instantly receive your E-Ticket for your return trip.

With our new design, you will get everything you need for your day of travel on the app Home screen. Personalized messages will let you know when it’s time to check-in for your trip, count down until it’s time to depart, and even allow you to access your E-Ticket.

E-Ticket FAQ'S

How do I convert my Will Call or Print at Home ticket to an E-Ticket?

Converting your Will Call ticket to an E-Ticket is simple.

Here's what you do: 

  1. Go to Trips from the bottom navigation bar and locate your trip under the Upcoming trip section.  After selecting your trip, tap the Check-In button in the bottom drawer of the Trip Details screen. 

    Don’t see your trip? Tap on Find upcoming trip and enter your confirmation number (found on your confirmation email) and last name and your trip will be added to the list of upcoming trips.

     
  2. Road Reward Members will see messaging on the Home screen as the trip approaches to let you know when it is time to Check-In.  Once it’s time to check in you can tap on the E-Ticket Check-In button on the Home screen.

Why do I need to check-in?

Now that we've gone paperless, the process of checking in will generate your E-Ticket and let us know that you are boarding the bus.

Once I convert my Will Call ticket to an E-Ticket, can I still pick up my ticket from the station?

No, once you convert your Will Call ticket to an E-Ticket you will Not be able to pick up the paper copy from the kiosk or ticket counter.

If you'd still like to have a paper copy of your Will Call ticket, DO NOT click the E-Ticket Check-In button from the Home screen or Trip Details screen to convert to E-Ticket. 

How do I get my E-Ticket?

After selecting the E-Ticket option when purchasing your E-Ticket, there are two ways you can access your E-Ticket from the App.

  1. Go to Trips from the bottom navigation bar and locate your trip under the Upcoming trip section.  After selecting your trip, tap the Check-In button in the bottom drawer of the Trip Details screen.  Don’t see your trip? Tap on Find upcoming trip and enter your confirmation number (found on your confirmation email) and last name and your trip will be added to the list of upcoming trips. 
  2. Road Reward Members will see messaging on the Home screen as the trip approaches to let you know when it is time to Check-In.  Once it’s time to check in, you can tap on the E-Ticket Check-In button on the Home screen.

What if I forget to check-in?

If you're a Road Rewards member, simply login to your account and tap on the E-Ticket Check-In button on the Home screen prior to departure.

Not a Road Rewards member? We've still got you covered. You can check-in immediately by going to Trips from the bottom navigation bar and locate your trip under the Upcoming trip section.  After selecting your trip, tap the Check-In button in the bottom drawer of the Trip Details screen.

Don’t see your trip? Tap on Find upcoming trip and enter your confirmation number (found on your confirmation email) and last name and your trip will be added to the list of upcoming trips.

If you do not have access to your smartphone or a printed ticket, please see ticket agent for assistance.

What if my child or someone in my party doesn’t have a smartphone?

Multiple E-Tickets can be viewed from the same device, but at least one person in your travel party must have a smartphone to use this service.

I’ve got my E-Ticket, now what do I do?

When it’s time to board the bus, have your smartphone ready to show your E-Ticket to the driver. 

How do I know if my trip is eligible for E-Ticket?

During Purchase 

  • If your trip is E-Ticket eligible the E-Ticket option will be auto selected on the payment page during checkout.

 After Purchase

  • If you've already purchased your ticket and want to see if your trip is eligible to be converted to an E-Ticket, simply go to go to Trips from the bottom navigation bar and locate your trip under the Upcoming trip section.  After selecting your trip, you will see a Check-In icon in the bottom drawer of the Trip Details screen.  This means your trip is eligible to be converted to an E-Ticket.  If you do not see the Check-In icon, then your trip is not eligible to be converted to an E-Ticket.

How do I get my trip to show up in the app?

All trips booked from the app will show up in your upcoming trip list. 

Booked on Greyhound.com instead of the app? We've still got you covered. Go to Trips from the app’s bottom navigation bar and tap on Find upcoming trip and enter your confirmation number (found on your confirmation email) and last name and your trip will be added to the list of upcoming trips. You can also remove a trip by viewing the Trip details of the trip and sliding up the bottom drawer and turn off the Save to App toggle.
