Will Greyhound continue to serve all the same markets you serve today?Absolutely! In fact, we’ve added service in some of our existing markets and even expanded to new ones like Springfield, MA.
What do I do if I didn't buy my ticket from Greyhound?If you purchased through one of our ticketing partners, like Wanderu or BusBud, we will automatically rebook you on a Greyhound schedule. You will receive an email confirmation with your updated ticket information. If you purchased through Peter Pan, they will rebook you.
I have an open customer service claim. Do I need to start over?
No. You will continue to work with your dedicated customer care representative as normal.
Can I get a refund on my ticket?
Tickets purchased before September 27 are eligible for a refund if you choose not to travel. Please call our customer care team at 1-877-801-3096.
What should I do if I booked a ticket from Greyhound to travel on a Peter Pan schedule after September 26?
We will rebook you on a Greyhound schedule at a similar time, at no additional charge. You will receive an e-mail from us with updated ticket information prior to your travel date. Sit back and relax, we will reach out to you with any changes, no need to call us.
