DALLAS (July 17, 2000) -- Due to increased demand, Greyhound Lines now offers hourly service from Philadelphia to Atlantic City casinos. Schedules leave every hour from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. seven days a week from the Greyhound terminal on 10th and Filbert Street in center city Philadelphia. Customers who purchase round trip tickets receive cash back and are eligible for the company's "open return" program, where passengers can return any time within four days of the purchased return.
"We're happy to offer Philadelphia residents and visitors the option to leave every hour to one of our most popular destinations, Atlantic City." said Nate Karp, director, special services. "Only Greyhound can offer this type of flexible round trip scheduling."
The company's Atlantic City casino service includes the following hotels and casinos: Taj Mahal, A.C. Hilton, Trump Plaza, Caesars, Bally's Park Place, Claridge, Showboat, Resorts, Tropicana and the Sands. Greyhound operates dedicated casino service to Atlantic City from New York, Newark, Mt.
