DALLAS (May 16, 2000) -- Greyhound Lines, Inc. appointed Lynn C. Brown to vice president, corporate communications. Brown will be responsible the company's internal and external communications in the United States and Canada.
Before staring at Greyhound on May 1, Brown had an 18-year career with Texas Instruments, Inc., and the Raytheon Company. At TI in Lewisville, Texas, she managed internal and external communications for the defense operation, and served as business manager for a Defense/Convergence team. Later, Brown was appointed vice president of communications for Raytheon Systems Company in the Washington D.C. area where she managed internal and external communications, advertising and community relations. Brown has a BA in history and political science from Duke University and an MBA in marketing from Southern Methodist University.
