DALLAS (Jan. 24, 2007) – Sigler Travel Service and Greyhound Lines, Inc. will begin operating from a new location in Philadelphia starting tomorrow, Jan. 25. Greyhound customers can conveniently board at 5608 North Broad Street, about one and a half blocks from the former Sigler Travel Service, or at the main terminal at 10th and Filbert Streets in downtown Philadelphia.
“Greyhound will continue serving the Philadelphia community from our new location with Sigler Travel Service in addition to our newly renovated terminal downtown,” said Steve Gorman, president and CEO, Greyhound Lines, Inc. “We will offer the same convenient, affordable and enjoyable service, in a newer building across the street from city transit to better serve our customers.”
From the Sigler Travel stop in Philadelphia, Greyhound offers 23 daily schedules to destinations across the United States, including Atlantic City, N.J., New York, Washington, D.C., and Boston. It is open from 7:15 a.m. to 9:55 p.m. Monday through Wednesday and 7:15 a.m. to 10:55 p.m. Thursday through Sunday and on holidays. The facility also provides Greyhound PackageXpress (GPX) shipping.
