Greyhound and Carolina Trailways Relocate to Intermodal Trnasportation Center in Winston-Salem, NC
DALLAS (Nov. 30, 2005) – On Dec. 1, Greyhound Lines, Inc. and its subsidiary, Carolina Trailways, will move into the Downtown Transportation Center in Winston-Salem, NC, located at 100 West 5th St. Winston-Salem Transit Authority buses also pick up passengers at this location.

“The new location allows Carolina Trailways to offer our customers a more modern, efficient, and conveniently located multi-modal facility in vibrant downtown Winston-Salem,” said Elvis Latiolais, general manager, Carolina Trailways. “Being in this new facility will enable our passengers to make convenient connections to destinations within Winston-Salem, the region and across America.”

The new facility offers four daily Greyhound schedules to destinations across the United States including Atlanta, Jacksonville, Fla. and Charlotte, N.C. Carolina Trailways also operates 10 daily schedules in and out of Winston-Salem.

Located less than a mile from the former terminal at 250 Greyhound Ct. in Winston-Salem, the Transportation Center also provides Greyhound PackageXpress (GPX) shipping, package pick-up and delivery and Greyhound charter service. For ticket information in Winston-Salem, call 336-724-1429.
