For the first time residents of Gwynn can connect to the Greyhound North American network
DALLAS (Oct. 16, 2000)-Greyhound Lines, Inc. recently opened a new agency in Gwynn, Mich. near the K. I. Sawyer International Airport, to provide intercity service and package delivery to residents for the first time.
"Residents of Gwynn can hop on a bus and connect to any of Greyhound Lines' 3,700 locations throughout North America," said Ted Jadd, agency sales manager. "The K.I. Sawyer Airport used to be an Air Force base, and in recent years has transformed into a successful business area. These new businesses have brought a significant number of new residents to the community, and Greyhound can meet their travel and package delivery needs."
Located in the Omni Association Professional Building at 248 Wellington Drive, the agency is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Two daily schedules are offered with destinations to Chicago and Marquette, Mich., connecting to Green Bay, Wis., Milwaukee and Chicago.
