GREYHOUND ANNOUNCES TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF TICKET WINDOW AND LOBBY SERVICES IN WISCONSIN DELLS
As location undergoes renovations, customers are encouraged to book online and use Greyhound’s mobile app
DALLAS (Jan. 30, 2020) – Greyhound, the largest provider of intercity bus transportation in North America, today announced a temporary closure of its ticket window and lobby service at its Wisconsin Dells location. Under renovation from February 3 to February 29, customers are encouraged to book their tickets online through Greyhound.com or by accessing Greyhound’s mobile app. Located at the 30 Commerce St. McDonald’s, customers will still be able to travel with Greyhound from this location during this brief change in service.
“Most of our customer book online so we expect this change to be seamless for the majority of our passengers,” said Sarah Hoogerhyde, Area Manager, Greyhound Lines, Inc. “We’re hoping this short period of change will lead to even more customers accessing our website and mobile app where they can receive even greater deals as they plan their travel arrangements.”
To purchase tickets, customers can also book by phone by dialing 1-800-231-2222. Customers can also choose to receive exclusive promotions by enrolling in Greyhound’s Road Rewards loyalty program and opting in to receive emails.
