Greyhound Relocates in Macon, Ga.

Greyhound continues its commitment to local residents with new move to MTA

DALLAS (July 31, 2019) — Greyhound Lines Inc., the largest provider of intercity bus transportation in North America, today announced it will begin operations from its new location in Macon, Ga on August 1. Customers can now board Greyhound from the Macon Transit Authority (MTA) located at 200 Cherry St. The new location will provide customers with seamless access to the Macon-Bibb County Paratransit system.

“We are excited for our new move in Macon as we add to our growing group of intermodal locations across the country,” said Ed Weatherford, Regional Real Estate Manager, Greyhound Lines, Inc. “We are grateful to the City of Macon for working with us to make transportation more accessible for area residents and visitors.”

With 16 schedules offered daily, customers can travel to destinations such as Atlanta, Augusta and Montgomery. In addition to these locations, customers will be able to connect to Greyhound’s network of over 2,400 destinations.
