This offering comes just in time for our riders who plan to travel for the upcoming holiday and winter travel season.”
Customers can buy their tickets on Greyhound.com, either via desktop or mobile web, and select E-Ticket as their delivery method under Ticket Options. On the day of travel, customers simply check in from their smartphone starting two hours before their scheduled departure time and the boarding pass will be shown. When it’s time to board, customers can quickly show the driver their boarding pass, and they’ll be on their way.
“E-Ticketing is just one of many steps we’re taking to ensure the travel process is as seamless as possible,” continued Kaplinsky. “We’re looking forward to providing our customers with even more reasons to always choose Greyhound.”
