DALLAS (Oct. 11, 2016) — Greyhound today announced it has expanded service in Arizona, offering residents in rural communities more access to larger markets in the state, as well as to the company’s extensive network of more than 3,800 destinations. Greyhound began operating a new route between Nogales, AZ and Tucson, with stops in Amado and Green Valley.
“We’re pleased to work with the Arizona Department of Transportation on this expansion, which will allow customers to travel farther and discover more within the state of Arizona and beyond,” said Paul Egger, regional vice president, Greyhound Lines, Inc. “The new route provides greater connectivity for Nogales, Amado and Green Valley, and offers an enjoyable travel experience on buses with modern amenities, such as free Wi-Fi, power outlets, extra legroom and reclining leather seats.”
Beginning Oct. 1, customers can conveniently board at the following locations:
- Nogales: Terrace Taxes & Mail – 35 N. Terrace Ave.
- Amado: The Cow Palace Restaurant – 28802 South Nogales Hwy.
- Green Valley: Chevron Station – 171 W. Continental Rd.
- Tucson: Greyhound Station – 471 W. Congress St.
