Greyhound Relocates from Palm Springs to Thousand Palms, CA
DALLAS (Jan. 12, 2016) – Greyhound Lines, Inc. today announced it will start operations from a new location in Thousand Palms, Calif. Beginning today, Greyhound customers will be able to conveniently board at the SunLine Transit Agency, located at 72-480 Varner Rd, about 13 miles from Greyhound’s former location at 100 Palm Springs Station Rd. in Palm Springs, Calif.
“Greyhound is excited to begin serving customers from its new location in Thousand Palms, which offers seamless connectivity to multiple transportation carriers under one roof,” said Juan Castro, area manager, Greyhound Lines, Inc. “The new station is centrally located and convenient for customers in Coachella Valley and Indio, providing Greyhound’s safe, affordable and reliable service to those communities.”
From its new location, Greyhound will offer six daily schedules connecting customers to its extensive network of more than 3,800 destinations throughout North America. The SunLine Transit Agency is open from 9 a.m. – 10 p.m. daily, and offers free parking for Greyhound customers. Customers also will enjoy traveling on the company’s modern buses with premium amenities, including free Wi-Fi, power outlets, extra legroom and leather seats.
