Greyhound Connect Launches New Round-Trip Service from St. Louis to Kirksville and Rolla
DALLAS (August 13, 2015) – Greyhound, in partnership with the Missouri Department of Transportation, today announced it has launched new service from St. Louis, Mo. The new Greyhound Connect service includes one round-trip from St. Louis to Kirksville, Mo., and one round-trip from St. Louis to Rolla, Mo. Greyhound Connect will serve the communities of Fulton and Wentzville on both routes and connect those smaller communities to larger cities, such as Columbia, MO. and Kansas City, Mo. Customers now have the option to travel to and from cities not previously served by Greyhound and can experience convenient and seamless connectivity to Greyhound’s national network of more than 3,800 destinations from its St. Louis terminal.
“Greyhound is excited to partner with the Missouri Department of Transportation to offer customers more travel options in Missouri,” said Bill Blankenship, chief operating officer, Greyhound Lines, Inc. “Since most customers who traveled on the original route from Springfield, Mo. to Ottumwa, Iowa were traveling to either St. Louis or Kansas City as their final destination, we decided to split the schedules at the Columbia stop and have one route continue north to Kirksville, Mo. and the other route continue south to Rolla, Mo. to accommodate our customers and fill this service need.”
Service will stop at the following locations:
North Bound Route
South Bound Route
St. Louis-Wentzville-Fulton-Columbia-Jefferson City-Rolla
