Relax in the terminal while knowing in advance where you will sit on the bus, and board ahead of other non-priority passengers. Priority seating is now offered in the following locations. To purchase Priority Seating service and reserve your seat, visit the designated ticket counter line at the terminal and speak with an agent. Priority Seating service is currently only offered in-terminal in select cities and is not available for online purchase.

Priority Seating is for one-way travel only and can only be used on a specific date and schedule.

Priority Seating is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Customers must be present at the gate no less than 20 minutes prior to schedule.

Advance purchase for Priority Seating is available no more than 30 days in advance and up to 45 minutes before a specific scheduled departure.

If purchasing an E-ticket online, the customer must go to designated ticket counter line no more than 45 minutes before the scheduled departure to purchase a Priority Seat ticket.

If purchasing an E-fare, customer must take their confirmation to the Will Call booth first to receive their boarding ticket. The customer must then must go to designated ticket counter line no more than 45 minutes before the scheduled departure to separately purchase a Priority Seat ticket.

Customer must present a valid boarding pass before purchasing a Priority Seat.
