Dave Leach, President and Chief Executive Officer
Leach is the president and chief executive officer of Greyhound Lines for North America.

He began his career with Greyhound Canada in 1986. He joined Greyhound Lines, Inc. in 2006 as chief operating officer, after leading Greyhound Canada as senior vice president. As COO he was responsible for all customer service functions, safety, real estate and facilities, driver operations, maintenance, industry relations and the company's subsidiaries.

With more than two decades of experience in the private intercity bus industry, Leach has an unrivalled understanding of its challenges and opportunities.

Leach is a board member of both the Canadian Bus Association and American Bus Association.

Bill Blankenship, Chief Operating Officer
Bill Blankenship serves as chief operating officer for Greyhound Lines, Inc. Blankenship is responsible for overseeing the operations for Greyhound Lines, Inc., as well as safety and security, technical operations, business process and analysis, and Greyhound PackageXpress (GPX).

He joined Greyhound in 1996 as part of the GPX division where he worked his way to becoming a director. In 2004, Blankenship was promoted to general manager, western region, where he oversaw the operations of the company’s terminals, drivers and agencies in the western half of the country.

Prior to joining Greyhound, he was a regional manager for Charlotte-based Pony Express Courier, where he managed sales and operations for the Western United States.

Blankenship earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing from Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana.

Ted F. Burk, Senior Vice President, Corporate Development
Ted F. Burk is senior vice president of corporate development for Greyhound Lines, Inc. Burk is responsible for managing real estate, food service, commercial sales, charter operations, Greyhound Travel Services and government affairs.

He joined Greyhound in 1987 as part of the merger with Trailways. Since that time, he has progressed through management to vice president of customer service, which he held from April 1995 until he became vice president of operations in October 2003.

Burk began his career with Trailways in 1967 on a part-time basis in the package express department. At the time of the merger with Greyhound, he held the position of director of sales and operations.

Burk earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Texas in Arlington.

Rhonda Piar MacAndrew, Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Rhonda Piar MacAndrew serves as senior vice president of human resources for Greyhound Lines, Inc., joining the company in 2007. MacAndrew is responsible for management of all human resources, labor relations, corporate communications and training activities in the United States and Canada.

Prior to joining Greyhound, she was vice president of human resources for Lewisville, Texas-based Overhead Door Corporation, developing HR strategy and reorganizing the function to align with the overall company’s strategy. Prior to that position, MacAndrew served as vice president of human resources for Dallas-based Builders FirstSource.

She has more than 23 years of experience managing various HR functions, including union contract negotiations, employee development, compensation and benefits.

MacAndrew earned her bachelor’s degree in education from Ohio Wesleyan University in Delaware, Ohio.

Chris Boult, Senior Vice President, Information Technology
Chris Boult began working at Greyhound in April 2008, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry to the company. In addition to overseeing the company's entire IT division, Boult is responsible for identifying new technology that will help grow revenue, improve the on-board communications system and enhance package delivery service.

His career began in 1986 with British Airways as a designer and developer for the company's reservation system. In 1987, he joined American Airlines and its travel reservations division, SABRE, where he worked for the next nine years. In 1996, Boult began working for Dallas-based Accenture as the senior manager of the company's transportation and travel group. He then traveled back to London in 2000 to join Adecco as the IT director for its UK operations. Boult joined Blue Arrow Recruitment in 2001 as the chief information officer, and then rejoined Accenture in 2003 as a partner with the company.

Boult earned his bachelor's degree with honors in German and Italian from Lancaster University in Bailrigg, Lancaster, UK.

Myron Watkins, Vice President, Operations
Myron Watkins is vice president of operations for Greyhound Lines, Inc. Watkins is responsible for managing terminal operations, customer service, drivers and agency functions.

He first came to Greyhound in 1988 through the company’s management training program. Since that time, he has worked in various aspects of operations from terminal manager in Denver and Dallas, to director of customer service at the company’s corporate headquarters. Watkins also served as district manager in Atlanta and New York, as well as general manager for the eastern region of the United States.

Watkins earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Morehouse College in Atlanta, and a master’s degree in business administration from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. He currently serves as a board member with the Community Council of Greater Dallas.
