DALLAS (March 19, 2012) – On Wednesday, March 28, Greyhound will begin
operations from the Santa Barbara Railroad Station, 224 Chapala Street.
From this facility, passengers can choose from eight daily schedules
traveling to popular destinations, such as Los Angeles and San
Francisco, Calif. In addition to travel options, customers will have the
ability to ship packages at affordable prices and flexible shipping
times throughout the year through Greyhound Package Express (GPX). GPX
also provides convenient pick-up and delivery services for your package
shipping needs. “We are very excited to begin operating out of this
facility,” said Todd Bernard, areas sales manager, Greyhound Lines, Inc.
“This location provides Greyhound with easy access to the interstate, as
well provide transit connections between other providers in the area,
including Amtrak.” This location will operate seven days a week: 5:30
a.m. – 6 a.m., 8 a.m. – 10:30 a.m., 1:30 p.m. – 5 p.m., and 7 p.m. –
