DALLAS (March 25, 2010) – Greyhound Lines, Inc. will relocate to a new intermodal facility, located at 100 West Washington St., on Monday, March 29. From this location, Greyhound operates service alongside Petersburg Area Transit and the Greater Richmond Transit Company, providing four daily schedules to some of the area’s most popular destinations, including Richmond, Va.; Newark, N.J.; New York, N.Y.; Norfolk, Va. and Washington, D.C. This facility also provides Greyhound Package Express (GPX) shipping. “It’s an exciting time in transportation, and we are pleased to have a new home for our customers in Petersburg, Va.,” said Tom Wade, area manager, Greyhound Lines, Inc. “From this intermodal facility, customers can utilize transportation locally as well as travel to destinations nationwide.” The facility will operate from 6:45 a.m. to 3 p.m. seven days a week.
