Greyhound Launches Will Call Ticketing Online
 
DALLAS (November 8, 2001) – Greyhound Lines, Inc., recently launched will call ticketing, a new feature on the company’s Web site at www.greyhound.com. Effective, November 1, 2001, will call allows customers to purchase tickets online and pick them up at the bus terminal. Available in more than 60 locations across the United States, will call tickets may be purchased up to two hours prior to departure.

“Will call e-ticketing offers a more convenient, instant option for our customers,” said Rick Richards, chief information officer. “This new Web site feature affords Greyhound the opportunity to further its commitment to superior customer service by providing user-friendly access to our ticketing process.”

Will call tickets can be picked up during regular hours of operation at the departing terminal. When will call customers arrive at the terminal, they must present their online confirmation number, valid ID and the credit card used to make the purchase.
