Print at Home Tickets allow customers to print tickets in advance of travel and proceed straight to the gate for boarding. Each passenger must present a ticket and a current valid photo ID at boarding. The passenger's ID must match the name on the ticket.
If you are unable to print ticket after following all the instructions above, proceed to the terminal. The terminal will not be able to print your ticket, but may be able to reissue it following the refund policy for the ticket type you selected.
