To purchase Priority Boarding, visit the designated ticket counter line at the terminal and speak with a ticket agent.
Priority Boarding is for one-way travel and can only be used on a specific date and schedule. Priority Boarding is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Customers must be present at the gate no less than 20 minutes prior to the schedule. Advance purchase for Priority Boarding is available no more than 30 days in advance and up to 45 minutes before a specific scheduled departure. If purchasing a Print at Home ticket, the customer must go to designated ticket counter line no more than 45 minutes before the scheduled departure to purchase Priority Boarding.
If purchasing a Web Only Fare, the customer must take their confirmation to the Will Call booth first to receive their boarding ticket. The customer must then go to a designated ticket counter line no more than 45 minutes before the scheduled departure to separately purchase Priority Boarding.
Customer must present a valid boarding pass before purchasing Priority Boarding.
